The content of this website is provided for general information. Product specifications, generation estimates, payback figures and images are indicative and are not an offer or a warranty. The binding specification for any supply is the signed datasheet, quotation and purchase order issued for that specific transaction.
3. Quotations and orders
An enquiry submitted through this website is not an order and creates no contract. A contract arises only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing, subject to the terms stated in that quotation.
4. Warranties
Product and performance warranties for our photovoltaic modules are set out in the warranty certificate issued with each supply. Warranty terms stated anywhere on this website are summaries only and are subject in all respects to that certificate. Warranties are void where products have been modified, incorrectly installed by a third party, or damaged by causes outside normal operating conditions.
5. Installation services
Where we carry out installation, the scope, timeline, price and responsibilities of each party are governed by the project contract. Grid connection and net-metering approval depend on the relevant distribution company and are outside our control; we will use reasonable efforts to progress them on your behalf.
6. Intellectual property
The Diptara name, logo, page designs, text and layout of this website belong to the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photographs supplied under third-party stock licences remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
