A review after every visit is mandatory

Every customer must give a review or rating after each service visit. It is how we hold our own technicians to account — a subscription nobody can complain about is a subscription nobody improves. Please treat it as part of the plan, not an optional extra.

You pay for parts, never for labour

If a component inside your AC or fridge is damaged and needs replacing, you pay for that part or item only. The technician’s time, the visit and the fitting are covered by your subscription.

Frequently asked

A full service: indoor and outdoor coil cleaning, filter cleaning, gas pressure check, drainage and water-leak check, electrical and connection check, thermostat and remote function test, and a cooling performance test before the technician leaves. On the fridge plan, the equivalent checks on the compressor, door gasket, defrost system and cooling cycle.

Only a spare part or item, and only if something inside your appliance is damaged and needs replacing. We show you the part and its cost before we fit it. Labour, the visit itself and the fitting are all covered by your subscription.

The 7th service onwards is charged at ₹200 per service for the rest of that subscription year. Gas refills beyond the 2 included are quoted separately. Most households never reach a 7th visit.

If your AC is low on refrigerant we refill it during a service visit at no extra cost, twice in your subscription year. Be aware that repeated gas loss almost always means a leak — we will find and show you the leak rather than quietly refilling it every visit.

If you are not happy with our service within the first 3 months of your subscription, call us and ask for a refund of what you paid. We process it. The guarantee covers the subscription fee; the cost of spare parts already fitted to your appliance is not refundable.

Because it is the only honest check on our own technicians. After each visit you must give a review or rating of the work. It takes a few seconds, it is tied to the specific technician who attended, and it is how a repeat-visit problem reaches us instead of being quietly absorbed. It is a condition of the plan, not a request.

Call or WhatsApp us and give your subscription name or registered mobile number. Your two-monthly visits are planned in advance and we confirm the slot with you a day ahead; on-call visits are arranged for the earliest slot available.

Window and split ACs are both covered at the same price per unit. For fridges we cover single-door, double-door and frost-free domestic units. Commercial refrigeration, cassette and ducted AC systems are quoted separately — call us and describe the unit.
